Delicate yet intense aromas are the main characteristics of the Gew\u00fcrztraminer variety, with rose, lemon blossom and ripe peaches taking centre stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fruity and balanced, harmonious and refreshing, with pronounced acidity, vigour and a long-lasting finish. Full-bodied with a subtle presence of alcohol. It pairs well with oily fish with intense flavours, Asian cuisine and smoked meats, whilst it can also be served with fresh fruit or even as an aperitif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
