Lygeros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Given the latest developments in the olive oil sector, it is even more important for Greece to invest in quality in order to make a difference. All production methods that result in bulk oil will, little by little, become less and less efficient whilst simultaneously becoming more costly. When the \u2018extra virgin\u2019 category was introduced, many did not give it the attention it deserved and were subsequently forced to scramble to keep up with developments.<\/p>\n<p>Now, with the introduction of the new \u2018Ultra Premium\u2019 category, many remain indifferent, whilst some are already making a difference and beginning to see the first benefits. Thus, the strategy we devised, namely the transition from extra virgin olive oil to extra virgin \u2018zeolado (zeolite olive oil)\u2019, not only makes sense but also leads directly to the Ultra Premium category via \u2018Zeo Ultra Premium\u2019. In other words, the benefits of using zeolite in the production of very high-quality olive oil are already a reality, and we can see this from the objective chemical analyses.
