Lygeros<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Evros floods, with all the problems they cause for farmers, do have the merit of raising awareness even amongst our most indifferent citizens and our most incompetent politicians. Now everyone is up in arms against the river and all the substances it carries, which are destroying not only the crops but all the fields as well. The problem is that no one is proposing a specific solution to the problems that arise. Because, in fact, a solution does exist \u2013 and indeed right here in Evros. zeolite helps to manage moisture, which is very important in such cases, particularly when restoration work is required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">zeolite, acting as a molecular sieve, enables filtration by binding heavy metals, toxins and free radicals. In this way, zeolite can immediately clean up the fields. Furthermore, zeolite is found in abundance in Thrace, particularly in Northern Evros. Consequently, rather than everyone just looking on and consoling one another or blaming one another, let us all work together to advance the issue of Greek zeolite, so that we, as Greece, can subsidise our farmers to save our land. This proposal is neither unthinkable, nor utopian; it is simply a matter of the will to implement it immediately and provide a dynamic framework for recovery, without further delay, since the solution makes sense and is already in place. Whilst everything else is merely rhetoric to fill the void of political will.
