1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are needed for the website to work; others help us understand how articles are read or let us offer live chat. This page covers only the zeolife.gr website; our online shop shop.zeolife.gr has its own Cookie Policy.
2. When we need your consent
Only strictly necessary cookies are set without consent (article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). Statistics and live-chat cookies are activated only after you accept them in the window shown on your first visit. “Reject” is as easy as “Accept” and does not limit your access to any article.
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary — website security, language, storing your cookie choice. Always active.
- Statistics — Google Analytics: which articles are read and where visitors come from. Only with consent.
- Marketing — HubSpot: live chat with our team, forms, and recognising a visitor who has already contacted us. Only with consent; without it HubSpot does not load at all. The ZeoBot AI assistant works without cookies and is available to everyone.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not show third-party ads.

5. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal does not affect anything lawfully done before it. Your choice is kept for 6 months; after that we will ask again.
6. Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies too, the website will ask you on every visit and will not remember your language.
