Item 4 (urgent): ‘Approval of the Mayor’s Decision and authorisation of expenditure for the supply of: “Zeolite”’.
In Tripoli today, 31 March 2015, Tuesday, at 12.30 pm in the meeting room on the first floor of the New Town Hall, on Lagopati Street & Atalanti, the Finance Committee established under Law 3852/2010 held its regular public meeting, following the invitation dated 27 March 2015 (No. 12227/27 March 2015, which was duly served on the members with proof of service in accordance with Article 75(6) of Law 3852/10.
Resolves unanimously
1) To approve the Mayor’s Decision, ref. no. 12549/30 March 2015, on the subject: ‘Urgent procurement of zeolite’
2) Approves the expenditure for the supply of: ‘Zeolite’, in accordance with Technical Specifications No. 27/2015 of the Department of Environment, Green Spaces, Cleaning and Recycling Department of our Municipality, for a total amount of 1,049.99 euros (including 23 per cent VAT).
3) Allocates a sum of 1,049.99 euros to be charged to budget item 20.6633 of the expenditure section of the Municipality’s budget for the financial year 2015, for the procurement of zeolite.
