We hereby decide
To approve the Environmental Conditions for the existing activity ‘Production Unit for Soil Conditioners – Organic Fertilisers and Compost’ operating under the name AGRO REA – G. TSOURGIANNIS & Co. General Partnership, which is situated on plot no. 502e in the Neochorouda Local Community of the Municipality of Oreokastro in the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki, ABGDEor40ZA, with a total area of 8,353.85 m², as described in the attached Topographical Plan of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) by Nikolaos Kaïlidis (Graduate Civil Engineer). The activity is described in detail in the EIA and the relevant diagrams submitted to our Department under reference number 42 of the preamble, with the exception of those points amended by this Decision; consequently, the environmental conditions (EC) imposed by this Decision shall apply. Upon the issuance of this Decision, the AEPO (Environmental Permit) No. 29 of the preamble relating to the existing activity ceases to be in force.
The implementation and approval of the following environmental conditions and restrictions constitute a prerequisite for the operation of the activity in question and are the responsibility of the implementing body.
