SUBJECT: ‘Approval of expenditure and allocation of the relevant funds for the supply of zeolite to the Municipality of Alexandroupoli’.
In Alexandroupoli today, 7 April 2014, on Monday at 12:00 pm, at the Municipal Offices, the Finance Committee held a meeting, following the written invitation dated 18714 / 2 April 2014, issued by its Chair, in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette A’ 87). The following members were present: 1) EVANGELOS LAMBAKIS (MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE) 2) CHRISTOS GERAKOPOULOS 3) ANTONIOS VAMVAKEROS 4) FOTIOS ADAMAKIS 5) KONSTANTINOS MAVRIDIS (SUBSTITUTE MEMBER) 6) NIKOLAOS KARIPIDIS; the following were absent: 1) KONSTANTINOS THYMIAINIDIS 2) CHRYSOSTOMOS XANTHOPOULOS 3) MICHAEL KOGIOMTZIS 4) SAVAS DEUTERAIOS
The Finance Committee, having established a quorum (out of a total of 9 councillors, 6 were present, (in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of Law 3852/10), proceeded to discuss the items on the agenda.
The Chair of the Finance Committee and Mayor of Alexandroupoli, Mr Evangelos Lampakis, declared the meeting open.
The Chair of the Finance Committee, Mr Evangelos Lampakis,
introduced the 7th item on the agenda ‘Approval of expenditure and allocation of the relevant funds for the supply of zeolite to the Municipality of Alexandroupoli’, gave the floor to the Head of the Green Spaces Maintenance Department, Ms Koumatzidou Nerantzia, who, as the presenter of the item, stated the following: Honourable Councillors, the Department has drawn up Study No. 19/2014 for the supply of: ‘Zeolite’, with a budget of €2,896.65 including VAT, which has been included in the Municipality’s 2014 Budget under budget code 30.6662.002.
The initial request for the implementation of the procurement was published in the Central Electronic Register of Public Contracts under number 14REQ001964613. The Department of Environment & Green Spaces recommends:
a) The approval of the initial request for the implementation of the study.
b) The approval of the allocation of a sum of €2,896.65 to be charged to budget item 30.6662.002 of the 2014 financial year budget.
A discussion and exchange of views ensued amongst the members of the Finance Committee; following this, the Finance Committee, having heard the proposal, the discussion, took into account the provisions of Law 3669/2008, the 19/2004 study, as well as the result of the vote, and whilst Mr Konstantinos
Mavridis was absent, UNANIMOUSLY
RESOLVES:
a) To approve the initial request for the procurement of ‘Zeolite’, Study No. 19/2014.
(b) To approve the allocation of a sum of €2,896.65 to be charged to budget item 30.6662.002 of the 2014 financial year budget.
