DECISION
Having regard to:
1. The provisions of:

5. Our document with ref. no. DMEBO-B/F6.14.8/181469/2965/18 August 2016, by which the technical study referred to in the previous paragraph was returned to the applicant for additions and corrections.
6. The application, bearing reference number YPEN/GDOPY/183104/3390/14-9-16, from the company ‘OLYMPOS S.A.’, by which the technical study in question, with additions and corrections, was resubmitted to the Ministry of Environment and Energy for approval.
7. The application, ref. no. YPEN/GDOPY/183918/3600/30-9-16, from the company ‘OLYMPOS S.A.’, by which supplementary information was submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Energy for the approval of the technical study for the exploitation in question.
8. The application, ref. no. YPEN/GDOPY/184318/3673/7-10-16, from the company ‘OLYMPOS S.A.’, by which the proofs of payment of the consultants’ fees and the fees due to the State and the Funds were submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Energy for the approval of the technical operation study in question for the development.

We approve the attached Technical Study for the Exploitation of an industrial mineral (Zeolite
) quarry, bearing the same number as this Decision, covering an area of 83,427.30 m², at the ‘KOKKALO’ site, Petroton, in the municipality of Orestiada, in the prefecture of Evros, in accordance with the provisions of Law 669/77 and the Code of Mining and Mineral Exploration.
