Our company is engaged in the implementation and sale of certified natural zeolite of European origin and Greek aluminous diatomite. The zeolite content in clinoptilolite for agricultural and livestock use is at least 85% and is available in various granulometries depending on its use. Our goal is to spread the innumerable applications of these natural inert minerals, resulting in the immediate benefit of their properties in areas such as agriculture, livestock farming, the environment and human health. The Struggle of Crete – Nikos Lygeros
Crete must find a clever way to combine tourism, olive oil production and energy. The key ingredients for the success of this endeavour are Greek innovation, zeolite from Thrace and natural gas from southern Crete. The whole framework must be managed strategically, as critical decisions for the future will need to be taken. In other words, Crete’s endeavour is a practical one and no longer merely theoretical generalisation. There must be coordination of efforts between the Regional Authority, the municipalities and the Hydrocarbons Master’s programme at the Technological Educational Institute of Heraklion. In this way, we will see the application ... Read more

The polyphenols in zeolite oil N. Lygeros
zeolado (zeolite olive oil), being organically grown, is rich in polyphenols and therefore has powerful antioxidant properties. Chemical analysis of zeolado reveals 197 mg/kg of total polyphenols (as caffeic acid), a figure that meets ultra-premium specifications, as it must exceed the minimum permissible limit of 130 mg/kg. It is well known that olive oil acts as a natural and deeply moisturising penetrating cream for cell regeneration. An additional benefit of zeolite oil is that it contains no heavy metals, and consequently its quality for the skin is even higher. It is therefore important to realise that the simultaneous use of ... Read more
Olive Oil Strategy – N. Lygeros
Given the latest developments in the olive oil sector, it is even more important for Greece to invest in quality in order to make a difference. All production methods that result in bulk oil will, little by little, become less and less efficient whilst simultaneously becoming more costly. When the ‘extra virgin’ category was introduced, many did not give it the attention it deserved and were subsequently forced to scramble to keep up with developments. Now, with the introduction of the new ‘Ultra Premium’ category, many remain indifferent, whilst some are already making a difference and beginning to see the ... Read more

Zeolite and the Thessalian Plain – N. Lygeros
When we consider the fundamental problems that exist, particularly as regards farmers, it is difficult to understand the delay in the Thessalian Plain regarding the use of zeolite. In the Peloponnese and Crete, there has been tremendous growth in this area, because many farmers have realised the benefits it brings to product quality and productivity, meeting high standards that enable strong exports to Europe as well as to Russia. The problem is that the state isn’t helping, and everything relies on private initiatives. Consequently, those who are fighting to change things at a government level are not only wasting energy ...
