Ιδιότητες συμπύκνωσης μίγματος ζεστής ασφάλτου με ζεόλιθο – Compacting Properties of Zeolite Based Warm Asphalt Mixture
Abstract Warm asphalt mixture develops rapidly throughout the world in recent years. Zeolite based warm mix is one of the warm mixtures. In this paper, seven kinds of zeolites including six natural zeolites and one synthetic zeolite are selected. As warm mix additives, their physical properties such as density, water content and pore arrangements are tested respectively. To evaluate the compacting properties of zeolites based warm asphalt mixture, AC-20 mixture is designed and compaction is conducted. Κατασκευαστικός ζεόλιθος – Ν. Λυγερός Ενώ μερικοί αγνοούν ακόμα και τη λέξη ζεόλιθος, τα τελευταία χρόνια, ο φυσικός ζεόλιθος χρησιμοποιείται όλο και περισσότερο και αυτό ειδικά στις χώρες υπό ανάπτυξη όπου υπάρχει μία τεράστια ζήτηση στον τομέα της κατασκευής. Χάρη σε αυτό το 80% της κατανάλωσης του φυσικού ζεόλιθου σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο, γίνεται σε αυτόν τον τομέα. Διότι ο ζεόλιθος μπορεί ν’ αποτελέσει ακόμα και το 35% από το τσιμέντο, πράγμα το οποίο επιτρέπει την ελαχιστοποίηση του βάρους, τον έλεγχο της αλλαγής φάσης όταν γίνεται στερεό αλλά επίσης και την προστασία από τη σκουριά, όταν έχουμε μπετό αρμέ.
