We would like to inform you that our company will be taking part in the 5th Pan-Hellenic General Exhibition of Xanthi, which will be held at the FilipAmoiridis Indoor Sports Hall, from 22 to 26 March 2017. You will find us at Stand B.
The exhibition’s opening hours are:
Wednesday 22 March 2017, 17:00 to 22:00

Friday 24 March 2017 17:00 to 22:00
Saturday 25 March 2017, 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Sunday 26 March 2017, 11.00 am to 10.00 pm
The exhibition is organised by the Xanthi Chamber of Commerce and the company KYKLOS, under the auspices of the Region of Eastern Macedonia – Thrace – Xanthi Regional Unit. The exhibition will run until Sunday 26 March 2017 and includes a host of accompanying events:

We’re in the running for a Guinness World Record for yet another exceptional product from our region!
The world’s largest Traditional Thracian Kavourmas is being produced.
It will be made using the same pure ingredients and the same traditional technique that have been used for centuries in Thrace.

Dasho Kurti, having collaborated with most of the great composers and singers (G. Dalaras, E. Vitali, Glykeria, A. Vardis, D. Zervoudakis, G. Kalantzis, E. Tsaligopoulou and others), brings his own Balkan flavour and personal style to the stage.
Vasilis Prodromou, following his successful recording and live performances, brings his own distinctive touch to the mix of three talented and promising female vocalists from Xanthi:
The stunning Elena Artenian, who stole the show on the TV music competition *The Voice of Greece*.
Elsa Karioti, who captivated both the audience and the judging panel on *Rising Star Greece*
and Chrysa Moraiti, who, following her successful collaboration with Makis Seviloglou, is ready to release her first album.
The orchestra is completed by Dimitris Sintos on piano and Thanos Tselembis on drums and percussion

Cod first appeared on Greek tables around the 15th century and immediately became established as the national dish for the Feast of the Annunciation, as, with the exception of our islands, fresh fish was a luxury for the inhabitants of mainland Greece. Thus, salted cod, which required no special preservation, provided an easy and inexpensive solution – a tradition that continues to this day.
