Tell us a little about your profession
Our company specialises in the application and distribution of natural zeolite and its products in Greece and the rest of Europe. We are based in the town of Nea Orestiada, as mining of Greek zeolite – which is found in abundance in our region – is set to begin very soon. We started out about three years ago, and our aim is to raise awareness and promote its countless applications in the fields of agriculture, livestock farming, environmental clean-up and human health.
Why did you choose to use Elorus?
It is an innovative invoicing system. It is accessible from anywhere as it is web-based, and it is cost-effective and flexible. Its pricing policy is based on usage. The less you use it, the less you pay. It is constantly updated in line with new developments without the slightest hassle.
Did you have any previous experience with invoicing systems, and how easy or difficult do you find Elorus to use?
We hadn’t had any previous experience with an invoicing system, but as we’ve been using software for several years now, we’ve found that updates and ‘problems’ are quite frequent and a cause for concern regarding data loss. With Elorus, these issues don’t exist; provided you have an internet connection, of course, the application simply ‘works’ and is constantly updated by its developers.
Are you making the most of Elorus’s collaborative features? Do you have multiple user accounts?
Of course, as Elorus allows you to assign roles based on each collaborator’s specific responsibilities.
How can Elorus help professionals in your sector? Which features do you find most useful?
We believe that Elorus is currently one of the few cloud-based invoicing and cash flow management platforms with genuine professional credibility. We particularly like the section on summary graphical reports for cash flow and purchases and sales, which contributes significantly to our business planning. We recommend it to every start-up professional as it provides a solid foundation and all the potential for growth.
How would you rate the support and development of the product?
We’ve been using it for about two years now and have only needed to contact support twice in total, and both times it was down to our own mistake. We must admit that the support was prompt and thoroughly informative. We were particularly impressed by the fact that the technician contacted us by telephone, which meant we were able to sort things out quickly and easily. This is very important for businesses like ours, which are located far from urban centres.
What improvements would you suggest for the immediate future of the application?
We would like to see the development of additional plugins for automatic integration with customer relationship management (CRM) programmes such as Hubspot, which we use, as well as with our online shop (stock, contact and invoicing management), which is based on the WordPress – WooCommerce platform.
