|---|---|
| Nitrogen (N) | 2.10% |
| Phosphorus (P) | 2.21% |
| Potassium (K) | 1.38% |
| Calcium (Ca) | 4.12% |
| Magnesium (Mg) | 0.96% |
| Iron (Fe) | 80.28 ppm |
| Manganese (Mn) | 72.48 ppm |
| Zinc (Zn) | 93.75 ppm |
| Boron (B) | 50.10 ppm |
| Cobalt (Co), Sodium (Na), Molybdenum (Mo), Silicon (Si) | + vitamins, amino acids |
How it works within the plant
- 🔬 Energy level: Increases photosynthetic activity — intense dark green colour
- 🌿 Molecular level: Acts as a trace element transporter
- ⚡ Metabolic level: Accelerates growth by 3–5 times
- 🌱 Nutrient level: Improves the uptake of conventional fertilisers (+30%)
Why correct application is crucial
Many growers use EcoPlant® but do not see the results we promise. Why?
Here’s what can happen:
- 🔻 Under-dosing: The plants don’t have enough energy — you’re wasting your investment
- 🔺 Over-dosing: The roots or leaves may get burnt — the opposite effect
- ⏱️ Wrong timing: Spraying at midday in direct sunlight = potential scorching
- 💨 Wrong method: Spraying only or root watering only = you lose 50% of the benefits
The 4 basic dilutions of EcoPlant®
EcoPlant® is supplied as a concentrate. Always dilute before application. There are 4 basic dilutions:
1:25

5 g / 1 litre
Ornamental plants (sensitive)
Application by crop
Below you will find detailed protocols for each crop. All are based on the supplier’s official instructions.
🫒 Olive trees, walnut trees, date palms
💧 Root drench (once)
- Newly planted trees: 100 g EcoPlant® in 2.5 litres of water → pour 100 g of solution per tree
- Existing trees: 100 g EcoPlant® in 2.5 litres of water → pour 200 g of solution per tree
💨 Spraying (4 times a year)
- Dilution ratio 1:100 (10 g/litre)
- Spray volume: ~5 litres per average mature tree
- 4-spray programme:
- At the start of the season
- Before flowering 🌸
- After flowering 🌺
- During fruit set, on the fruit 🍎
🍇 Vines
Same protocols as for trees, but with a smaller spray volume (~0.5–0.7 L per root). Best time: autumn after the harvest + 3 sprays during the growing season.
🍎 Fruit trees
Same protocols as for olive trees. Spray volume: 3–4 litres per tree (usually less than for olive trees). Ideal for apple, pear, orange, peach and lemon trees, etc.
🥬 Vegetables
💧 Root drench (weekly)
- Young plants (growth): 50 g of solution (1:25) per plant every 7 days until they are fully grown
- Mature plants (fruiting): 200 g of solution (1:25) per plant, once before fruiting
💨 Spraying
- Dilution 1:100, weekly throughout the entire production period
- Volume: ~300 ml of solution per plant
🌾 Cereals (wheat, maize, barley)
This is the only crop where you apply 1 litre of EcoPlant® per stremma:
- When plants are ~10 cm: 1 litre EcoPlant® per stremma (one application)
- When they are 20 cm+: 1 L per stremma diluted 1:100, every 20 days throughout the growing season
🌹 Ornamentals (flowerbeds, flowers, shrubs)
💧 Root drench (weekly)
- Young plants: 10 g of solution (1:25) per plant every 7 days
- Mature plants: 5 g of solution (1:25) per plant every 7 days
💨 Foliar spraying
- Dilution 1:200 (lower concentration — sensitive leaves)
- Weekly throughout the flowering period
🪴 Potted plants / Home garden
Same protocol as for ornamental plants but in smaller quantities. For a balcony with 10–20 plants, one 60ml bottle of EcoPlant® will last you for months.

Combined with 2% zeolite — the spray booster
One of Zeolife’s best-kept secrets: with every EcoPlant® spray, add 2% 20-micron zeolite.
How it works
- 🛡️ Slow-release effect: The zeolite ‘holds’ the nutrients and releases them gradually
- 🌿 Leaf protection: Creates a thin protective layer against UV rays and heat
- 💧 Improved absorption: Increases the surface charge of the solution
- 🐛 Indirect insect repellency: Bulky insects find it difficult to cling to the surface
Recipe
🧪 For 10 litres of spray solution
- 10 litres of water
- 100 g EcoPlant® (dilution 1:100)
- + 200 g zeolite 20μ (2%)
Stir for 2–3 minutes until homogeneous. Use within 24 hours.
Best Practices — When and how to apply
⏰ Time of day
- ✅ Morning (6:00–10:00): Ideal — plants are active, low temperature
- ✅ Afternoon (17:00–20:00): Second-best option
- ❌ Midday (11:00–16:00): NEVER — the stomata close, so you lose absorption
- ❌ Night-time: Not ideal — humidity rises = risk of fungal infections
🌤️ Weather conditions
- ✅ Temperature: 15–25°C
- ✅ Humidity: 50–70%
- ✅ Wind: <15 km/h (so that it isn’t blown away)
- ❌ Before rainfall: 24+ hours before the rain (otherwise it will be washed away)
- ❌ Strong sun: The leaves will burn
🛡️ Safety
- ✅ Protective mask
- ✅ Gloves
- ✅ Safety goggles
- ✅ Avoid contact with the eyes
- ✅ Wash hands afterwards
🧪 Preparing the solution
- Weigh out the exact amount of EcoPlant® (use precision scales)
- Add it slowly to the water, stirring as you go
- If adding zeolite, add it last and stir thoroughly
- Use within 24 hours for best results

Frequently asked questions
How much EcoPlant® do I need for 100 olive trees?
For 100 existing olive trees on a full annual programme (1 root drench + 4 sprays × 5L of solution per tree), you’ll need approximately 21 kg of EcoPlant®. The best-value pack is the 20-litre one (€219), which costs you ~€2.19 per tree per year. Alternatively, 2 × 10L (€240).
At what dilution should I apply EcoPlant®?
It depends on the application:
- 1:25 (40g/litre) — intensive root watering
- 1:50 (20 g/litre) — moderate
- 1:100 (10 g/litre) — standard spraying
- 1:200 (5 g/litre) — ornamental plants
When should I apply EcoPlant®?
Trees: 4 times a year (start of growing season, before flowering, after flowering, fruiting)
Vegetables: Weekly throughout the growing season
Cereals: When plants are ~10 cm tall and then every 20 days
Ornamental plants: Weekly throughout the flowering period
Is EcoPlant® compatible with organic farming?
Yes, 100% compatible. EcoPlant® is a product of microbial fermentation from organic nutrients (sugar, glucose, fructose, galactose, glycerine). It is used in conventional, organic and hydroponic cultivation.
How do I combine EcoPlant® with zeolite?
Add 20 microns of zeolite at a rate of 2 per cent of the final spray solution. In other words, for 10 litres of EcoPlant® solution, add 200 grams of zeolite. This provides a slow-release effect, leaf protection and improved absorption.
Can I apply EcoPlant® in direct sunlight?
No. Application must take place during periods of low temperature — in the morning (before 10.00) or in the evening (after 17.00). At high temperatures, plants close their stomata and absorption is reduced by 80 per cent.
How long does the product last once the packaging has been opened?
EcoPlant® is sterilised and has a long shelf life when kept with the lid tightly closed. Once opened, close the lid tightly and store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life after opening: 12+ months.
Can I combine it with other fertilisers?
Yes. EcoPlant® improves the uptake of traditional fertilisers (by up to +30%). You can use it alongside NPK, organic fertilisers or zeolite. Avoid mixing it simultaneously with strong oxidising agents (e.g. bleach) or chemical pesticides.
How many days will it take to see results?
The first visible results usually appear within 10–14 days: dark green foliage, improved root system appearance, increased vigour. Full results (increased yield) within 1–2 growing cycles.
