AquaClean® is used as a medium for chemical water filtration in aquariums, as well as a filter for various other types of water filtration systems. The main feature of AquaClean® is its high ion exchange capacity, thanks to its base material, natural zeolite.

It is used with great success in situations where the water is hard, with an extremely high calcium and magnesium ion content. The pH of such water is often relatively high, ranging from 7.4 to 9. Its high ion exchange capacity (at least 150 mEq/g) allows the water to be purified for a longer period of time compared to other filters.

It is suitable for:

• Providing optimal water filtration in densely populated aquariums.
• Supporting beneficial bacteria by absorbing nitrogen compounds in the first stage, thereby significantly reducing nitrate levels.
• Fish transport, providing a healthy environment for a longer period of time.
• Reducing the formation of harmful algae

After being used as a filter medium, AquaClean® can be used to improve soil properties for plants and the garden. The natural zeolite has neutralised all nitrates and converted them into nitrogen, which is utilised very effectively by the plants’ root systems.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.

Do not dispose of the bags in the drainage system; natural zeolite does not dissolve in water.
